microrna based liquid biopsy: the experience of the plasma mirna signature classifier (msc) for lung cancer screening

最後の品質管理手順 (表 1の QC3) 評価分子レベルにおいても溶血。(ミール 16、ミール 451、ミール-486-5 p、およびミール 92 a) 4 の赤血球固有 Mirna の発現レベルを比較した 4 非溶血関連 miRNAs (ミール 126、ミール 15 b、ミール-221、ミール-30 b) のそれらに、miRNA の溶血に関する署名の生成によって構成される、16 (4 x 4) miRNA 比。肯定的なサンプルは、プロトコル セクション 9 および図 3で説明したよう最終的な MSC リスク レベルの分類に否定的なサンプルが進む中、溶血されましたように分類されます。
