النظام شبه الإلكترون 2D (q2DES) التي تشكل في التفاعل بين ﻻلو3 (لاو) وسرتيو3 (ستو) جذبت الكثير من الاهتمام من جانب المجتمع الإلكترونيات أكسيد. واحد من ميزاته مميزة هو وجود سمك لاو الحاسمة 4 وحدة الخلايا (uc) للتوصيل السطح البيني الظهور. على الرغم من أن آليات الالكتروستاتيكي قد اقترحت في الماضي لوصف وجود هذا سمك الحرجة، قد أبرزت أهمية العيوب الكيميائية مؤخرا. هنا، نحن تصف نمو المعادن/لاو/ستو هيتيروستروكتوريس في نظام كتلة (اوهف) فراغ فائقة الجمع بين ترسب الليزر النبضي (تنمو لاو)، ماغي اﻷخرق (تنمو المعادن) ومطيافيه الأشعة السينية النانومترية (XPS). علينا أن ندرس خطوة بخطوة تشكيل وتطور في q2DES والتفاعلات الكيميائية التي تحدث بين المعدن ولاو/ستو. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، توضح التجارب ماجنيتوترانسبورت على النقل والخصائص الإلكترونية q2DES. هذا العمل المنهجي ليس فقط يوضح طريقة لدراسة التفاعل الالكتروستاتيكي والكيميائية بين q2DES وبيئتها، ولكن أيضا يفتح إمكانية الزوجين طبقات متوجا متعدد الوظائف مع الفيزياء الغنية التي لوحظت في ثنائي الأبعاد نظم الإلكترون، مما يسمح تصنيع أنواع جديدة من الأجهزة.

ويرد النظام التجريبي الكامل المستخدمة للنمو وتوصيف في الشكل 2. وجود مختلف الأجهزة المتصلة في اوهف من خلال دائرة توزيع ينصح بشدة التأكد من أن سطح العينة بعد كل عملية النمو يبقى البكر. ويرد بالتفصيل أيضا الدائرة الملعوبة (الشكل 3)، ماغي اﻷخر?...
