SnSe pertenece al IVA-a través de grupo y se cristaliza en una estructura ortorrómbica, con los átomos en el grupo pnma y abrochado en la capa, como la estructura cristalina de phosphorene. Por lo tanto, para estudiar las propiedades electrónicas nuevas de pocos y solo capa SnSe, un método sintético nuevo, simple y de bajo costo para preparar cristales de SnSe gran tamaño del monocapa de alta calidad en sustratos aislantes se requiere, sobre todo porque el SnSe tiene demostrado gran promesa como candidato para aplicaciones termoeléctricas para conversión de energía en la gama baja y moderada temperatura del19.
Varios investigadores han desarrollado métodos para sintetizar SnSe cristales de alta calidad. Liu et al. 23 y Franzman et al. 24 utiliza un método de la fase de solución para sintetizar SnSe nanocristales de diversas formas, tales como puntos cuánticos, nanoplates, solo nanosheets cristalino, nanoflowers y nanopolyhedra con SnCl2 y alquil fosfinas de selenio o thioureas diselenium como precursores. Baumgardner et al. 25 había sintetizado nanopartículas coloidales de SnSe inyectando bis[bis(trimethylsilyl)amino]tin(II) en caliente trioctylphosphine y obtuvieron nanocristales de ~ 4-10 nm de diámetro. Li et al. 28 había sintetizado con éxito de una sola capa solo-cristal SnSe nanosheets usando un método sintético de un pote con SnCl4 y SeO2 precursores. atmospheric pressure fabrication of large-sized single-layer rectangular snse flakes

Seleniuro de estaño (SnSe) pertenece a la familia de capas metal chalcogenide materiales con una estructura abrochado como phosphorene y ha mostrado potencial para aplicaciones en dispositivos de nanoelectrónica bidimensional. Aunque se han desarrollado muchos métodos para sintetizar nanocristales de SnSe, una manera sencilla de fabricar copos de SnSe monocapa gran tamaño sigue siendo un gran desafío. Aquí, mostramos el método experimental a crecer directamente el gran tamaño de una sola capa copos de SnSe rectangular en utilizado SiO2/Si aislante sustratos utilizando un método de fabricación de dos etapas simple en un tubo de cuarzo de la presión atmosférica sistema de horno. El SnSe rectangular de una sola capa copos de ~6.8 Å de grosor medio y laterales dimensiones de unos 30 μm x 50 μm fueron fabricados por una combinación de la técnica de depósito de transporte de vapor y nitrógeno grabado ruta. Se caracterizaron la morfología, microestructura y propiedades eléctricas de las hojuelas SnSe rectangulares y se obtuvieron excelente cristalinidad y buenas propiedades electrónicas. Este artículo sobre el método de fabricación de dos pasos puede ayudar a los investigadores a crecer otros materiales similares de dos dimensiones, tamaño grande, de una sola capa usando un sistema de presión atmosférica.
