Çevre koşulları ve yaşam kaynaklanan emaye kusurları nedeniyle onların yüksek yaygınlık kamu sağlık endişeleri vardır. Bu kusurları hücre emaye organ mevcut ameloblasts adlı emaye sentezi için sorumlu değişmiş aktivitesindeki neden.
