Eksistensen af MSCs i synovial væske giver et alternativ til celle-baseret terapi. magnetic-activated cell sorting strategies to isolate and purify synovial fluid-derived mesenchymal stem cells from a rabbit model

Mesenchymale stamceller (msc) er den vigtigste celle for celle-baseret terapi. MSC'er fra artikulær hulrummet synovial væske kunne potentielt anvendes til brusk vævsmanipulering. MSC'er fra synovial væske (SF-MSCs) har været betragtet som lovende kandidater til artikulære regenerering, og deres potentiel terapeutisk fordel har gjort dem en vigtig forskningsemne for sent. SF-MSCs fra knæet hulrummet af New Zealand hvid kanin kan være ansat som en optimeret translationel model til vurdering af menneskers regenerativ medicin. Ved hjælp af CD90-baserede magnetisk aktiveret celle sortering (MLA) teknologi, denne protokol med held opnår kanin SF-MSCs (rbSF-MSCs) fra denne kanin model og yderligere viser fuldt MSC Fænotypen af disse celler ved at tilskynde dem til at differentiere til osteoblaster, adipocytter og chondrocytter.
