No entanto, pesquisa e experimentação pré-clínica em amostras humanas estão sujeitas a muitas questões éticas. magnetic-activated cell sorting strategies to isolate and purify synovial fluid-derived mesenchymal stem cells from a rabbit model

Células-tronco mesenquimais (MSCs) são a fonte principal da célula para a terapia baseada em células. MSCs de líquido sinovial cavidade articular potencialmente poderiam ser usados para engenharia de tecidos de cartilagem. MSCs de líquido sinovial (SF-MSCs) foram considerados candidatos promissores para a regeneração articular, e seu potencial benefício terapêutico fez-lhes um tópico de pesquisa importante de tarde.
