Metaller için en zorlu gereksinimleri anti-buzlanma yetenek Şekil 1' de gösterildiği gibi üç birbirine bağlı yönleri22 tarihinde dayanmaktadır biridir: subcooled su iticilik, dondurucu gecikme ve düşük buz-yapışma. Bu çalışmada, biz metal yüzeylerde dayanıklı SH yüzeylerde üretmek için çeşitli protokolleri mevcut. Sektöründe yaygın olarak kullanılan ve anti-buzlanma özellikleri birleşme (kayak tatil imkanları, havacılık, vb) bazı uygulamalar için özellikle geçerlidir çünkü biz substrat alüminyum (Al) kullanın. Biz üç tür yüzeyler hazırlamak: bir dokulu Al yüzey kaplama, dokulu Al yüzey silanized bir fluorosilane ve bir ceria-Stearik asit bilayer bir Al substrat üzerine bir floropolimer ile kaplı. Benzer teknikler17,27,28,29 100-300 nm film kalınlıkları veya bile monolayer filmleri sağlar. Her yüzey için ıslatma özelliklerini ölçtüm ve aşınma testleri. Son olarak, biz anti-buzlanma performanslarını bağımsız olarak Şekil 1' de gösterilen üç özellik soruşturma için amaçlayan üç testleri kullanılarak analiz.
Bizim iletişim kuralı Şekil 2' de gösterilen düzeni temel alır. SH Al yüzeyler hazırlanır sonra ıslatma özellikleri ve topografya iticilik özellikleri ve pürüzlülük özellikleri belirlemek için analiz edilir. Islatma özellikleri hangi su çekme dayanımı yapışma sağlar bağlı bir tekniktir damla deneyler, zıplayan tarafından incelenir. Damla sıçrama gözlenmesi gerekli olduğundan, bu teknik sadece superhydrophobic yüzeyler13için uygundur. Her yüzey işleme için anti-buzlanma testler yapmak için en az dört örnekleri ve dayanıklılık testleri gerçekleştirmek için başka bir dört örnekleri hazırladık. Her dayanıklılık testinden sonra neden olduğu hasar özellikleri ve pürüzlülük özellikleri ıslatma kaybı ölçerek analiz edildi. İçin önerilen olanlar bu çalışmada son zamanlarda diğer metal yüzeyler27,30için kullanılan benzer dayanıklılık testleri.
Anti-buzlanma testleri ile ilgili olarak üretilen SH Al yüzeyler kullanımı anti-buzlanma aracıları olarak uygun olup olmadığını belirlemek için bu çalışmada var. Bu nedenle, karşılaştırma için iki kontrol örnekleri performansını analiz ettik: a) bir tedavi edilmezse Al örnek (düzgün hidrofilik) ve b) bir hydrophobized ama değil dokulu örnek (düzgün hidrofobik örnek). Aynı amaçla kullanımı bir dokulu ama değil hydrophobized yüzey ilginizi çekebilir. Ne yazık ki, bu yüzey son derece ıslanabilir ve anti-buzlanma testleri onlar için gerçekleştirilemiyor.
