leaf spray mass spectrometry: a rapid ambient ionization technique to directly assess metabolites from plant tissues

Bitkilerin kimyasal özelliklerini çeşitli küçük moleküller binlerce üretmek. Kütle spektrometresi (MS) yüksek duyarlılık ve özgüllük ile moleküler ağırlık sağladığı için bitki metabolitleri analiz etmek için güçlü bir tekniktir. Yaprak sprey MS bitki doku electrospray, kromatografi işleminden ortadan kaldırılması yoluyla doğrudan kimyasal analiz için kullanıldığı bir ortam iyonlaşma tekniğidir.
