</ol>5. 雾条件培养基的药效试验及细胞收缩力测定
<ol><li>如果需要, 通过 SDS 页和西方印迹确定 S2:Fog-Myc 稳定细胞系产生和集中的雾的屈服率。将含有10µL 的 SDS 样本缓冲区添加到10µL 浓雾中, 并将其煮沸5分钟. 遵循标准的 sds 页和西方的印迹协议和抗 c-myc 的印迹, 以确认其产生的雾。</li>

</ol>6. 收缩 S2R+ 细胞的固定和染色
<ol><li>固定 S2R+ 细胞使用10% 多聚甲醛溶液在 PEM 缓冲器 (100 毫米管, 1 毫米 EGTA, 1 毫米氯化镁2, pH 值 6.9)。 注: PEM 缓冲器通常是在2x 库存解决方案, 并可以存储几个月的4摄氏度。</li>
