自動車業界の軽量化要求は、ラップジョイントや高度な高強度鋼(AHSS)への関心を高めています。しかし、AHSSスポット溶接ジョイントには、プロセスの信頼性に関する課題があります。抵抗スポット溶接と比較して摩擦攪拌スポット溶接、またはFSSWの利点は、低い溶接温度、スプラッシュなし、および製造プロセスの安定性です。この手順のデモンストレーションは、私の研究室の大学院生であるチェン・チアピンとスー・ハオです。この手順の間に、スプラッシュ接触や熱損傷を防ぐためにゴーグルと手袋を着用してください。また、保護のためにフードやバッフルの後ろに立ちます。摩擦撹拌溶接機を使用してすべての関節を製造します。組み込みデータ集録システムを使用して、各結合操作中にZ軸力と貫入深度を記録します。工具ピン回転速度を25,000 RPM、工具ピン溶接時間を4秒、工具ピンの毎秒0.5ミリメートルのレートをシートに突っ込みます。演算子のパラメータを最適化します。回転速度の範囲は1,000~2,500RPMである。住まい時間の範囲は2から10秒であり、プランジレートは毎秒0.1〜0.5ミリメートルにすることができます。溶接工程の前に、ワークピースを汚染する不純物の基質がないことを確認してください。ニットマイクロファイバー生地でワークピースの表面を拭き取り、小さな粒子を除去します。DP 780ワークピースを配置し、35ミリメートルの重なりを持つtWo DP 780シートをクランプします。シフトを防ぐために、アンビル上のきれいな作業片を固定します。ピンが清潔であることを確認して、不純な基板汚染を防ぎます。ニットマイクロファイバー生地を使用して、工具ピンの表面を拭きます。ピンを機械のクランプで固定するには、まず工具ピンをしっかりとねじ込みます。ピンクランプステップに注意してください。危険を避けるために、ピンが機械にしっかりと固定されていることを確認します。回転工具は非回転クランプリングで囲まれており、ワークピースはクランプ力を加えることによって溶接前と溶接時にしっかりと押し付け合います。クランプリングのない高速回転ピンが緩むのを確認します。工具ピンを機械に取り付けた場合は、安全上の理由から、工具ピンが回転中にクランプから分離しないようにしてください。工具ピンは1分間で10~100RPMの低回転速度を使用します。速度は1分で100から1,000のRPMに加速できる。機械を3,000 RPMの回転速度、4秒の住み込み、毎秒0.5ミリメートルのプランジレートに設定します。溶接場所と実際の製品を調整します。攪拌スポット溶接機にピンをセットします。ピンとワークピースの間のギャップは、関節の位置を調整するために5センチメートル未満です。位置が確認されたら、溶接工程に進みます。高速回転の下で工具を使用して溶接処理を開始し、工具ピンをワークピースに突っ込みます。工具肩はワークピースに接触し、回転を停止し、ピンを引き込みます。突っ込みのために、最初にかき混ぜるボタンをオンにします。マシンがウォームアップしたら、工具ピンが2,500 RPM回転速度で一貫して動作していることを確認します。工具ピンが2,500 RPMの高速回転の下で十分にクランプされていることを確認します。ピンは高速回転の下で作業部分に突っ込み、肩は高い角度速度で作業片に接触する。突っ込んだ工具ピンがワークピースで攪拌を続ける中で、摩擦熱からピンと材料の界面を柔らかくして、穀物を作り出します。工具ピンの肩がワークピースの上部に接触した場合、ツールピンの高回転により高温が発生する可能性があるため、処理を停止します。安全を確保する保護具を着用することが重要です。ツールピンを垂直方向に引き出します。手順の後、ピンはラップジョイントにキーホール溶接スポットを作成します。摩擦攪拌スポット溶接は、このステップで停止します。機械の電源を切ります。溶接が終了したら、アンビルから作業部品を取り外します。サンプルに亀裂や融着不足がない場合に観察します。手順の後、クランプリングからツールピンを取り外します。ツールピンの外観は、テキストプロトコルに記載されているように機械的特性評価の前に観察され、チェックされます。摩擦攪拌スポット溶接は、DP 780シートの中央にキーホールを作成し、2枚のシートのジョイントを作成します。キーホールのドウェル深さは、シート上部からキーホールの底面まで測定されます。位取り深さ測定値が表示され、設定値は 2 センチメートル、実数値は 1.92 ~ 1.98 センチメートルです。この画像は、DP 780シートの溶接スポットのキーホール全体のビューを示しています。分析領域には、ベースメタル、熱影響ゾーン、熱機械的影響を受けたゾーン、および攪拌ゾーンの4つの部分が含まれていました。ベースメタルの微細構造の解析では、材料特性に変化はありません。熱影響を受けたゾーンは、マルテンサイト諸島を示しています。キーホール付近の魔法瓶の機械的影響を受けたゾーンの微細構造は、針状のマルテンサイトと細かい針状フェライトの混合物によって特徴付けられるのに対し、キーホールの周りの攪拌領域は、微細なマルテンサイトと気孔性を明らかにする。AHSS溶接ラップジョイントの摩擦攪拌スポット溶接は大きな可能性を秘めています。平均して、車の従来のスチールボディは2,000以上のスポット溶接ラップジョイントを持っています。この手順に従って、ハードラップジョイントに対して工具ピンの材料と設計ジオメトリを実行できます。より長い寿命は、このプロセスの要求になります。
