Las mutaciones en el gen de la quinasa 2 de la leucina rica causan la enfermedad de Parkinson hereditaria. Hemos desarrollado un método fácil y robusto para evaluar la fosforilación controlada por LRRK2 de Rab10 en neutrófilos de sangre periférica humana. Esto puede ayudar a identificar a las personas con aumento de la actividad de la vía de la quinasa LRRK2.
