Verhoogde stress niveaus zijn al lang gekoppeld aan vele ernstige veterinairrechtelijke voorschriften zoals hart-en vaatziekten, obesitas, en psychische stoornissen1,2,3. Een groeiend onderzoek suggereert dat nauwe nabijheid of bezoek aan natuurlijke instellingen zoals Park en niet-ontwikkelde landschappen een opmerkelijk effect kunnen hebben op psychologisch welzijn en verlaagde niveaus van stress1,4, 5,6,7,8,9,10. Verklaringen voor de effecten van natuurlijke instellingen en stress niveaus hebben het volgende opgenomen: (1) natuurlijke instellingen bieden locaties voor fysieke activiteit8,11 en (2) bezoekers van natuurlijke omgevingen hebben de mogelijkheid om zich te concentreren op meer niet-Task gedachteprocessen, waardoor leiden tot een vermindering van de aandacht vermoeidheid12. In deze studie verzamelden we speekselmonsters van de deelnemer om te analyseren hoe ons lichaam daadwerkelijk reageert na visitatie op drie locaties met verschillende niveaus van natuurlijkheid. In deze visualisatie hebben we zowel een laboratoriumtechnieken als een voorbeeld van de ingevulde gegevensverzameling uitgelicht.Deze techniek stelt onderzoeker in staat om de reactie van ons lichaam op verschillende omgevingen vast te leggen. In bevestigt onze hypothese dat de natuurlijke omgeving positieve effecten kan hebben op de menselijke gezondheid. Toekomstig onderzoek wordt voorgesteld om biofysische metingen van het niveau van stress toe te passen in verschillende natuurlijke omgevingen of verschillende buitenactiviteiten met echt experimenteel ontwerp.
