1. 准备和麻醉
请注意:无菌技术用于整个过程。只使用新的无菌材料和蒸压无菌仪器。需要佩戴个人防护设备 (无菌手套、发帽、外科口罩、擦洗), 以避免污染。

</ol>2. 注射前图像采集
<ol><li>将动物成像在临床前的近红外荧光成像仪中, 通过将动物侧向定位, 将注射部位暴露在侧向尾巴上, 以建立尾巴中的荧光基线 (图 1c, e)。使用 NIRF 成像仪和相关软件同时采集白光 (身体视图) 和近红外通道, 并使用链接查找表 (LUT)。</li>

</ol>3. 含 nirf 剂的尾静脉注射
<ol><li>
当动物处于俯卧的位置时, 将尾巴定位, 背侧朝朝上。在温水中扩张尾血管至少 1分钟, 使尾部静脉侧向 (右或左) 旋转30° (顺时针或逆时针), 以暴露左右尾静脉 (图 1b)。

	<li>将一个 25–27 g 无菌针头, 斜上, 插入侧向尾静脉, 尾巴在180°角, 插入与提升的尾巴平行的针。观察针头边缘的血液闪回, 以确保正确的位置。如果没有明显的闪回, 慢慢移动针尖 (而不将其从尾部取出), 以找到静脉插入。如果放置在皮下, 就不会发生血液闪回。</li>
	<li>将注射器与注射材料插入针头边缘。当达到适当的位置时, 注射液在注射时不会产生阻力。注射将顺利、方便地进行。注射后, 取出针头和注射器, 用无菌纱布施加压力至少 1分钟, 以确保凝血, 并在尾巴上用笔标记注射点, 确保在白光图像上可见。 请注意:注射部位不会出现血肿或病变。</li>

</ol>4. 注射后图像采集

</ol>5. 图像定量
