바이러스 농도는 10 L 물 샘플의 유기 응고 원리에 기초하며, 바이러스가12,13더 작은 양으로 회수됩니다. flocs는 수집되고 바이러스를 용해하고 2 주 이상 실온에서 저장될 때 핵산이 분해되는 것을 방지하는 완충제에 추가됩니다.
