예를 들어, 60 개 이상의 상이한 fumonisin 진 균 독 소는8,9 는 tricarballylic 측 쇄를 소유 하며,이는 m/z 157.0142을 생성 하 고,이를 통해 제품 이온 [M-H]- 이온4의 파편. 따라서 샘플의 모든 추정 된 fumonisins는 눈에 띄는 m/z 157.0142 제품 이온을 포함 하는 DDA 데이터 셋 내에서 모든 MS/ms 스펙트럼을 선별 하 여 dff를 사용 하 여 검출할 수 있습니다. 마찬가지로, 황산 화 화합물은 79.9574 Da (SO3)의 진단 중립 손실을 포함 하는 MS/ms 스펙트럼에 대 한 DDA 데이터 세트를 스크리닝 함으로써 검출 될 수 있다. 이러한 접근법은 또한 새로운 고리형 펩 티 드5 및 트립토판 또는 페닐알라닌 잔기6을 함유 하는 천연물을 검출 하는데 성공적으로 적용 되었다.

가장 흔히 보고 되는 청색 증은 MCs로, MC-LR (류 신 [L]/아르기닌 [R])이 가장 자주 연구 되었습니다 (그림 1). MCs는 단 환 비 리보솜 헵 타 펩 티 드, 마이크로 시 티 스, Anabaena, nostoc 및 planktothrix12를포함 하는 다중 시아 노 박테리아에 의해 바이오 합성 된다.
