水質汚染は環境に大きな懸念を抱き、ヒ素などの汚染物質を廃棄物から除去する方法を開発する動機付けとなっています1。報告されたすべての方法の中で、吸着プロセスは、重金属除去2、3、4、5、6、7のための比較的低コストのアプローチである。オキシ水酸化鉄粉末は、水溶液8,9からヒ素を抽出するための最も効率的な吸着剤の一つであると考えられている。それでも、これらの材料は、初期の飽和時間および有毒な合成前駆体を含む多くの欠点に苦しんでいる。さらに、これらの吸着剤を長期間使用すると水質に深刻な悪影響があります10.堆積または濾過などの追加の分離プロセスは、汚染された水を浄化するために必要とされ、これはさらに8、11の生産コストを増加させる。
近年、カチオン性ヒドロゲル、ミクロゲル、クライオゲルなどのポリマーゲルを開発し、効率的な吸着性を実証しています。例えば、カチオン性クライオゲルにより96%のヒ素除去率が達成され、ポリ(3-アクリルミドプロピル)トリメチル塩化アンモニウム[p(APTMACl)]12。さらに、pH9では、このカチオン性ヒドロゲル13により約99.7%の除去効率が達成された。pH4では、最大ヒ素吸着能力の98.72mg/gがマイクロゲルによって達成され、トリス(2-アミノエチル)アミン(TAEA)およびグリセロルディグリシジルエーテル(GDE)、p(TAEA-co-GDE)14に基づいて達成された。これらのゲルは良好な吸着性能を示したが、中性pHレベルで水からヒ素を効果的に除去することができず、すべての研究環境における選択性は15であった。Fe(III)-Sn(IV)混合バイナリ酸化物被覆砂を313Kの温度と716のpHで使用した場合、227mg/gの最大吸着容量を測定した。あるいは、Fe-Zrバイナリ酸化物被覆砂(IZBOCS)もヒ素を除去するために使用され、318 Kで84.75 mg/gの最大吸着能力および717のpHを達成した。他の報告された吸着剤は、低い吸着性能、リサイクル性の欠如、低安定性、高い運用および維持コスト、および合成プロセス4における有害化学物質の使用に苦しんでいます。

本研究では、地下水からヒ素を吸着するように設計された構造で水酸化鉄を含むカチオン性ポリマーゲルからなる吸着剤を用意した。選択したゲルは、N,N-ジメチルアミノプロピラクリラアミドメチル塩化メチル(DMAPAAQ)ゲルであった。我々の調製方法の目的は、ゲルの構造における水酸化鉄の最大含有量を確保することにあった。この設計アプローチにより、ゲルのポリマー構造と水酸化鉄成分の両方による同時吸着が可能となり、材料の吸着能力が高まり、材料の吸着能力が高まり、材料の吸着能力が向上しました。ゲルの性能を調べるために、反応動態を測定し、pH感度と選択性分析を行い、ヒ素吸着性能を監視し、再生実験を行った。ゲルは化学吸収プロセスを経て、10時間で平衡に達すると判断した。さらに、ゲルは中性pHレベルで効果的にヒ素を吸着し、複雑なイオン環境で選択的に、1.63 mM/gの最大吸着容積を達成した。ゲルは87.6%の効率で再生することができ、NaClは有害なNaOHの代わりに脱着に使用することができる。一緒に、提示されたゲルベースの設計方法は、高性能ヒ素吸着剤を構築するための効果的なアプローチです。

この手順の主な利点は、ゲルが選択的に他の技術よりも高いヒ素濃度で地下水からヒ素を吸着し、ゲルを再生できることです。この方法の実証は、ゲルの調製および吸収実験を視覚化して実験を再現する必要があるため、非常に重要です。ヒ素は20カ国以上の地下水に見られます。この技術の意味は、汚染された水からヒ素を除去するという課題に向かって拡張することができます。この方法は、ヒ素で汚染された産業排水の処理にも適用することができる。このテクニックを初めて試す際には、常に注意を守ってください。ゲルブロックの形成は、溶液が適切かつ比例して混合されていない場合に困難である可能性があります。20ミリリットルの測定フラスコ2個と、磁気スターバーを備えた20ミリリットルビーカー2個を乾燥させます。DMAPAAQの4.13グラム、Nの0.31グラム、N'primeメチレンビサクリアミド、0.5グラムの亜硫酸ナトリウム、3.36グラムの水酸化ナトリウムを20ミリリットルのビーカー1つに移す。溶液を蒸留水に溶媒として完全に溶解し、磁気攪拌棒で30分間攪拌します。ビーカーから1つの20ミリリットルの測定フラスコに混合物を移し、蒸留水を加え、20ミリリットルの溶液を生成する。ソリューションにモノマー溶液のラベルを付けます。同様に、0.54グラムのペルオキソキシ硫酸アン酸アンモニウムと7.57グラムの塩化鉄を別の20ミリリットルビーカーに摂取する。溶液を蒸留水に完全に溶解し、磁気攪拌棒で30分間攪拌します。ビーカーから別の20ミリリットルの測定フラスコに混合物を移します。そして、20ミリリットルの溶液を構成するために蒸留水を追加します。ソリューションにイニシエータ ソリューションのラベルを付けます。テキストプロトコルで図のように実験のセットアップを準備した後、それぞれの20ミリリットルの分光漏斗に溶液を移します。窒素ガスで30分間溶液をパージします。溶液を混ぜ合わせ、電気攪拌機で50ミリリットルの試験管でかき混ぜます。その後、混合物を摂氏10度に維持したチラーに4時間置きます。試験管からゲルブロックを取り出し、平らなまな板の上に置きます。ゲルブロックを長さ5ミリメートルの立方形にします。ゲルスライスを脱イオン水で24時間浸し、不純物を取り除きます。翌日、ペトリ皿にゲルスライスを広げ、室温で24時間乾燥させます。ペトリ皿にジェルスライスを入れ、オーブンに50°Cで24時間置きます。40ミリリットルのプラスチック容器を5個乾燥させます。次に、40ミリリットルのプラスチック容器に乾燥ゲルを20ミリグラム測定し、入れます。各容器に40ミリリットルの水素アルチナトリウムヘプタハイドレート溶液を異なる濃度で加えます。容器を撹拌機に20°C、120 RPMで24時間保管します。各容器から5ミリリットルのサンプルを収集し、マイクロピペットを使用してプラスチックチューブに入れます。高速液体クロマトグラフィー(HPLC)を使用して溶液中の平衡ヒ素レベルを測定します。4~200ミリメートルの分析カラム、4~50ミリメートルガードカラム、4ミリメートルサプレッサーを使用します。吸着分析のために、乾燥した40ミリリットルのプラスチック容器に乾燥ゲルの20ミリグラムを加える。次に、40ミリリットルの0.2ミリモル水素二ナトリウム水素アルミチン酸ヘプタハイドレート溶液を容器に加える。容器を撹拌機に20度、120 RPMで24時間保管します。次に、マイクロピペットを用いてプラスチックチューブに5ミリリットルのサンプルを採取する。以前のようにHPLCを用いて溶液中の平衡砒素レベルを評価する。ゲルを洗浄するには、まず、メッシュふるいを得る。壊れやすいゲル片を一度に1つずつ慎重に回収し、メッシュふるいに入れます。ゲルを最低5回洗浄し、脱イオン水を使用して、ゲル表面に残ったヒ素を洗い流します。脱着分析の場合は、壊れやすいゲル片を乾燥した40ミリリットルのプラスチック容器に慎重に移します。40ミリリットルの0.5モル塩化ナトリウム溶液を容器に加えます。容器を撹拌機に20度、120 RPMで24時間保管します。マイクロピペットを用いてプラスチックチューブに5ミリリットルのサンプルを採取し、HPLCを用いて溶液中の平衡ヒ素レベルを評価します。ゲルクリーニングステップで分離された2ラウンドの吸収と脱着分析ステップを含む各サイクルで、8サイクルの完全なサイクルでプロセスを繰り返します。このヒ素吸収量は、水酸化鉄を含むカチオ性ポリマーゲルにより、異なる濃度のヒ素でプロットした。結果は、ゲルの最大ヒ素吸着能力が1グラム当たり1.36ミリモルであったことを示している。データは、ラングミュア等吸除モデルに適合します。ヒ素の選択的吸着を共存硫酸アニオンで調べた。結果は、ゲルの溶液中に硫酸アニオンが存在していたとしても、DMAPAAQと酸化鉄を加えてゲル構造中の酸化鉄成分のために選択的にヒ素を吸着したことを示している。ゲルの再使用可能性を、脱着プロセスのための吸着用のヒ素溶液および塩化ナトリウムを用いて8日間連続して調べた。1日目と7日目の吸着データからの再生効率から87.6%の再生効率を計算した。ヒ素は非常に危険です。実験中は、皮膚や眼とのヒ素溶液の接触を防ぐため、常に手袋、長袖服、実験用ゴーグルを使用してください。
