전 세계적으로 약 5억 명이 류마티스 관절염, 이종병증, 심혈관 질환 및 종양 전이와 같은 혈관 기형 관련 질환에 대한 혈관신생 조절요법의혜택을 받을 것으로 예상된다 1. 따라서 혈관신생을 조절하는 약물의 개발은 제약 산업에서 중요한 연구 분야가 되고 있다. 약물 개발 과정에서 생체 내 동물 연구는 생리 적 기능과 장기 간의 전신 상호 작용에 대한 약물 후보의 효과를 탐구할 필요가 있습니다. 그러나, 윤리적 및 비용 문제는 동물 실험에 대한 우려를 증가2. 따라서, 동물 실험 전에 더 나은 의사 결정으로 이어지는 더 정확하고 예측 가능한 데이터를 얻기 위해 시험관 내 분석 시스템이 개선되었습니다. 현재 체외 혈관신생 분석기는 일반적으로 2차원(2D) 배양판3에 시드된 내피세포(ECs)의 증식, 침범,이동 또는 관형 구조 형성을 측정한다. 이러한 2D 혈관신생 분석은 빠르고, 간단하고, 양적이며, 비용 효율적이며, 혈관신생 조절 약물의 발견에 크게 기여했다. 그러나 몇 가지 문제는 여전히 개선되어야 합니다.
