폐는 폐염증을 유발하는 공기미립자, 바이러스, 세균 및 산화제 가스를 포함한 환경적모욕에지속적으로 노출된다1,2,3. 이러한 모욕은 가스 교환을 손상시키고 돌이킬 수없는 조직 손상을 유발할 수 있습니다4,5. 항상성에서 뮤린과 인간 폐에서 발견되는 면역 세포의 약 95%를 구성하는 폐포 대식세포는 환경 적 폐 후 폐 염증의 중요한조절제1,2, 3,4,5. 폐포 대식세포는 병원균을 식세포화하고 제거함으로써 숙주 방어 중에 필수적입니다. 최근에는 폐포 대식세포가 조직 항상성 및 효능 을 통한 염증의 분해를 촉진하는 것으로 나타났다6,7. Efferocytosis는 대식세포가 세포 사멸 세포를 삼키고 제거하는 식세포 과정입니다8,9,10.
