血管重建是外科医生所需的基本技能。虽然Obora1和Holt2发明了几种机械重建方法来简化小型容器的重建（直径<10 mm），但这些方法并不普遍用于大血管血管性血管化。手动血管麻醉仍在许多手术中进行，包括血管手术3、紧急手术4和固体器官移植5。因此，外科医生必须练习手动血管血管麻醉。然而，在体外血管重建的最佳训练系统并不常见，没有经验的外科医生必须在大型动物身上接受大量训练，才能掌握这项技术。由于在初始训练中失败是不可避免的，许多动物可能死于血管并发症，这与动物福利有关。此外，在端到端血管重建过程中，为了避免缝合位置或缝合松的错误，外科医生至少需要一名助手来暴露后血管壁并拉出缝合线。因此，血管重建通常不能由外科医生单独进行，而且准备效率通常受到助手熟练程度的限制。
磁锚手术已成为近年来人们感兴趣的话题7、8、9、10、11。里瓦斯等人7日进行的临床试验表明，采用磁外科仪器，遵循磁锚原理，外科医生可以进行减压腹腔镜胆囊切除术。使用这种仪器还减少了在开放式手术期间助理的作用。通过磁场，磁器件被吸附到锚点上。这种磁锚装置可以充当机械臂，抓住和缩回组织或器官，暴露手术场，并简化手术。基于这一原理，我们发明了用于缩回血管壁和缝合的磁性拖拉机，以及用于拉聚丙烯缝合的磁性缝合器。
血管重建训练机的使用是本研究的又一里程碑。它由操作地板和控制面板组成：血管固定在操作台上，学员可以在操作台上练习。麻醉后，受训者可以在控制面板上设置灌注参数，以测试麻醉质量。与以往的血管血管血管病训练系统6、12、13、14相比，该系统的使用具有两大优点：一是磁性器械可用于暴露手术场，使学员可以单独练习。其次，受训者可以通过灌注测试检查麻醉效果。
在本研究中，我们引入了一个训练和测试系统，使受训者能够使用磁锚定技术单独完成体外人工血管重建，并且还可以测试重建的质量。受操作楼层进水口和出水口的设计和尺寸限制，培训系统只能在直径大于 5 mm 的容器上进行端到端重建。
