제한된 예방 접종 적용은 백신 예방 가능한 질환1로인한 3백만 명의 사망을 초래합니다. 부적절한 저장 및 운송 조건은 기능성 백신의 낭비로 이어지므로 글로벌 예방 접종을 줄이는 데 기여합니다. 또한, 필요한 백신 스케줄을 준수하지 않기 때문에 불완전한 예방 접종은 특히 개발도상국에서 제한된 백신 적용을 유발한다2. 부스터 샷을 받는 데 권장되는 기간 내에 의료진을 여러 번 방문해야 하므로 완전한 예방 접종을 통해 인구의 비율을 제한할 수 있습니다. 따라서 이러한 과제를 우회하기 위해 통제 된 백신 전달을위한 새로운 전략을 개발할 필요가 있습니다.
