최근에는 Plackett-Burman29 DOE를 기반으로 다변량 분석을 사용하여 스퍼터드 ZnO TfTs18의성능에 대한 Al2O3 양극 진화 파라미터의 효과를 분석했습니다. 결과는 여러 가지 다른 응답 파라미터에 대한 가장 중요한 요인을 찾아 내고 유전체 층의 양극 산화 처리 과정과 관련된 파라미터만을 변경하는 장치 성능의 최적화에 적용되었다.
