Blod-hjernebarrieren (BBB) er en flercellet nevrovaskulær enhet som regulerer hjernens homeostase tett. Ved å kombinere menneskelige iPSCer og organ-on-chip-teknologier, har vi generert en personlig BBB-chip, egnet for sykdomsmodellering og CNS-prognoser for legemiddelpenetrabilitet. En detaljert protokoll er beskrevet for generering og drift av BBB-chipen.
