1. hiPSC 维护文化

</ol>5. iPS-CMs 合同性评估
<ol><li>如果未安装，请获取粒子图像测速图像J插件11 https://sites.google.com/site/qingzongtseng/piv 安装。</li>
	<li>使用相位对比度显微镜，使用 4× 的客观镜头以 ±20 帧/秒录制 hiPS-CMs 的视频图像，以 ±10 秒的速度保存为"分析.avi"。为了比较缺血前和缺血后之间的合同性，请确认已记录利息的位置。 注：具有自动阶段的显微镜可用于定位感兴趣的位置。影片文件应采用 .avi 格式，供以后分析。如果没有，请将影片转换为 .avi。</li>
