심장 성숙을 개선하기 위해 3D 세포 배양 방법, 전기 및 기계적 자극뿐만 아니라 생체 조건에서 모방된 세포외 행렬의사용(11,,12,13)을포함한 여러접근법이적용되었다. 이러한 다양한 배양 조건의 성공과 효율성을 평가하기 위해서는 미세한 기술로 iPSC CM의 구조적 성숙 정도를 모니터링하고 추정하기 위한 기술이 필요합니다. 기존의 공초점 영상과는 달리, 광활성화 국소화 현미경검사(PALM)의 경우 해상도는 약 10배 더 높다. 이 기술은 차례로 세포 구조물의 미묘한 변경을 검출하는 더 정확한 분석을 가능하게합니다(14).
