軽度認知障害(MCI)は、アルツハイマー病(AD)1の発症に先立つ過渡的だが徐々に変性認知期と考えられている。年間AD進行率は15%であるが、中等度および重度のMCI症例の75%近くが未診断のままである可能性があると報告されている。最近の研究では、MCIの患者は細かい運動タスク3のいくつかの側面で困難を有し、遅い歩行などの運動障害を示した患者は、認知症のリスクが高い4を有することが報告されている。
手書きは、視覚と運動の知覚、運動計画、目と手の協調、視覚運動統合、器用さ、および手動スキルを含む認知、運動、および知覚運動コンポーネントの複雑なブレンドを伴う複雑な人間活動である1。手書き分析は、ADおよびパーキンソン病(PD)5のような多くのタイプの神経変性疾患における認知機能および運動障害を検出するために利用されてきた。また、筆跡の問題のいくつかの側面は、MCIの指標であり、疾患進行に関連すると報告されている6.人口の大半が言語を使用しているので、中国語話者(特に簡体字中国語)の手書き分析を調査する研究はまだ欠けています。
