Die stimulierte Raman-Streumikroskopie (SRS) ermöglicht eine selektive, markierungsfreie Abbildung bestimmter chemischer Bestandteile und wurde effektiv zur Abbildung von Lipidmolekülen in vivo eingesetzt. Hier geben wir eine kurze Einführung in das Prinzip der SRS-Mikroskopie und beschreiben Methoden zu deren Einsatz bei der bildgebenden Lipidspeicherung bei Caenorhabditis elegans.
