Les troubles de vasomotion coronarienne représentent des causes fonctionnelles fréquentes d’angine de poitrine chez les patients atteints de coronaires non obstruées. Le mécanisme sous-jacent de l’angine de poitrine (endotype) chez ces patients peut être déterminé par une procédure diagnostique invasive complète basée sur des tests de provocation à l’acétylcholine suivis d’une évaluation dérivée de Doppler de la réserve de flux coronaire et de la résistance microvasculaire.
