Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting-Radioligand Treated Tissue (FACS-RTT) is een krachtig hulpmiddel om de rol van het 18 kDa translocator eiwit of serotonine 5HT2A-receptorexpressie bij de ziekte van Alzheimer op cellulaire schaal te bestuderen. Dit protocol beschrijft de ex-vivo toepassing van FACS-RTT in het TgF344-AD rat model.
