Cet article rapporte une inhibition in vivo de la CENP-E par chirurgie abdominale et injection testiculaire de GSK923295, un modèle précieux pour la division méiotique masculine. En utilisant les tests d’immunofluorescence, de cytométrie en flux et de microscopie électronique à transmission, nous montrons que l’inhibition de la CENP-E entraîne un désalignement chromosomique et une instabilité du génome dans les spermatocytes de souris.
