Denne artikel introducerer en simpel metode til hurtig produktion af gigantiske unilmellære vesikler med indkapslede cytoskeletale proteiner. Metoden viser sig at være nyttig til bottom-up rekonstitution af cytoskeletale strukturer i indespærring og cytoskelet-membraninteraktioner.
