Cet article présente une méthode simple pour la production rapide de vésicules unilamellaires géantes avec des protéines cytosquelettiques encapsulées. La méthode s’avère utile pour la reconstitution ascendante des structures cytosquelettiques dans le confinement et les interactions cytosquelette-membrane.
