Este artigo introduz um método simples para a produção rápida de vesículas unilamellar gigantes com proteínas citoesqueletal encapsuladas. O método se mostra útil para a reconstituição de estruturas citoesqueletal em interações de confinamento e citoesqueleto-membrana.
