Este artículo presenta un método simple para la producción expedita de vesículas unilamelares gigantes con proteínas citoesqueléticas encapsuladas. El método demuestra ser útil para la reconstitución ascendente de estructuras citoesqueléticas en confinamiento e interacciones citoesqueleto-membrana.
