すべての狂信者の特定の特徴は、単一の解剖学的領域に集中した毒の生産と放出のためのシステムがないことである。代わりに、線虫嚢胞は毒4,5を保持する構造である。表皮腺細胞と呼ばれる他の種類の細胞も毒素を分泌し、イソギンチャク6の体全体に分布している。
