Een nieuw ontwikkelde chip met micropatroon met grafeenoxidevensters wordt vervaardigd door micro-elektromechanische systeemtechnieken toe te passen, waardoor efficiënte en high-throughput cryogene elektronenmicroscopiebeeldvorming van verschillende biomoleculen en nanomaterialen mogelijk wordt.
