MCT 처리된 래트에서 RVIDd, RVIDs 및 RVFWT의 현저한 증가가 관찰되었으며, 이는 우심실의 확장 및 우심실 자유벽의 비후를 나타냅니다. 수정된 PLAX 보기는 폐동맥을 시각화하고 폐동맥 판막 직경을 측정하는 데에도 사용되었습니다.도플러 이미징을 사용하여 폐동맥 유속을 측정한 결과, 대조군 쥐에서 폐 흐름은 중간 수축기에서 최대 속도와 함께 대칭적인 V자 모양을 나타냈습니다. 반면, MCT를 투여받은 쥐는 최고 속도가 더 느리고 수축기 초기에 발생했으며 후기 수축기에서 노치를 나타냈다. 우심실 중심의 정점 4개의 챔버 보기를 사용하여 우심실 및 수축기 영역과 우심방 영역을 측정했습니다.MCT를 투여받은 쥐는 폐동맥압 증가로 인해 우심방 확장을 나타냈다. 또한, 우심실 압력이 증가하여 대조군에 비해 좌심실의 정상 곡률이 손실되었습니다. 뇌실내 중격도 평평 해 보였다.밝은 심실에 초점을 맞춘 정점 4개의 챔버 보기는 삼첨판 고리의 M 모드 심문에서 TAPPE를 측정하는 데에도 사용되었습니다. TOPSE는 MCT 처리된 쥐에서 유의하게 감소하여 기능이 손상되었음을 시사합니다. 이 프로토콜에서 가장 어려운 부분은 최적의 우심실 초점을 맞춘 정점 4개의 챔버 보기를 얻는 것입니다.심초음파는 수축기와 이완기 동안 전체 우심실이 시야에 있는지 확인하는 것이 좋습니다. 우심실에 초점을 맞춘 정점 4개의 챔버 뷰로 얻은 이미지는 나중에 변형률 분석에 사용될 수 있으며, 초기 단계에서 우심실 수축기 기능 장애를 평가하는 데 사용할 수 있는 강력한 도구입니다.
