신체 활동의 부족 또는 사용하지 않으면 근육 위축 및 뼈 손실1 및 전신 컨디셔닝해제2와 같은 운동 이펙터의 악화로 이어집니다. 또한, 최근 비활성은 근골격계 구성 요소의 구조적 측면뿐만 아니라 운동의 질적 측면에도 영향을 미친다는 것이 밝혀졌습니다. 예를 들어, 시뮬레이션 된 미세 중력 환경에 노출 된 쥐의 사지 위치는 개입이 끝난 후 1 개월 후에도 손상되지 않은 동물의 사지 위치와 달랐습니다 3,4. 그럼에도 불구하고 비활동으로 인한 운동 장애에 대해서는 거의 보고되지 않았습니다. 또한, 열화의 포괄적 인 운동 특성은 완전히 결정되지 않았다.
