L’objectif de ce protocole est de fournir des conseils détaillés sur la préparation appropriée des échantillons pour l’analyse des lipides et des métabolites dans de petits tissus, tels que le cerveau de la drosophile , en utilisant l’imagerie par spectrométrie de masse par désorption/ionisation laser assistée par matrice (MALDI).
