O objetivo deste protocolo é fornecer orientação detalhada sobre a preparação adequada da amostra para análise lipídica e metabólito em pequenos tecidos, como o cérebro de Drosophila , utilizando imagens de espectrometria de massa a laser assistida por matriz(MALDI).
