심부전은 심실을 채우거나 혈액을 분출하는 구조와 기능의 손상으로 인해 발생하는 복잡한 임상 증상이다1. 질병 단계는 주로 증상의 중증도와 신체 활동에 기초한 뉴욕 심장 협회 기능 분류를 통해 정의된다2. 박출률이 50% 이상인 환자의 경우 구조적 및/또는 기능적 이상이 나트륨 이뇨 펩티드를 증가시켜 박출률이 보존된 심부전(HFpEF)2 진단을 지원합니다. 허혈성 심장 질환은 심부전의 여러 원인 중 주요 원인입니다. 따라서, 심근 경색 모델(예: 영구 관상동맥 결찰술)은 종종 심장 저관류 또는 허혈-재관류 손상 후 병태생리학을 연구하는 데 사용된다 3,4. 급성 심근 손상 외에도 고혈압, 당뇨병, 비만 및 심근 병증의 가족력과 같은 다른 위험 요소도 심부전 발병에 기여합니다. 환자가 A기(심부전 위험)를 통과하고 B기(심부전 전)에 진입한 후 구조적 변형이 발생합니다1. 예를 들어, 고혈압 환자는 먼저 적응성 좌심실 비대를 겪은 다음 점차 부적응성 심장 비대로 발전하고 병리학적 리모델링을 통해 심부전으로 전이된다5.
