Execute o script Python do construtor de sequências para transformar as VOIs em um conjunto de três fatias de CT sequenciais para usar como entrada para a sequência U-Net. A segmentação do globo ocular utilizando a sequência U-Net para segmentação da estrutura orbital alcançou uma similaridade visual ou escore VS de 0,83 e um alto escore de dados de 0,86 por apresentar uma grande parcela das VOIs e pouca heterogeneidade entre as tomografias. Um escore baixo de dados de 0,54 para a segmentação dos músculos extraoculares e 0,34 para o nervo óptico, porque eles raramente apareciam no volume da TC e foram encontrados em um número relativamente pequeno de cortes tomográficos. No entanto, os escores de similaridade visual dos músculos extraoculares e do nervo óptico foram superiores aos seus escores de dados, o que indica que a especificidade da segmentação foi baixa.
No geral, a segmentação de todas as subestruturas orbitais alcançou uma pontuação de dados de 0,79 e uma pontuação de similaridade visual de 0,82. Além disso, os hiperparâmetros para o treinamento do modelo podem ser modificados. O modelo foi treinado com 46 VOIs, o que não é um grande número para o treinamento do modelo. Para superar o baixo desempenho devido ao pequeno número de conjuntos de dados de treinamento, o aprendizado de transferência e a notação de domínio poderiam ser aplicados.
