I dette arbejde beskrives et højt gennemløb, intracellulært calciumfluorescensassay for 384-brøndplader til screening af små molekylebiblioteker på rekombinante G-proteinkoblede receptorer (GPCR'er). Målet, kininreceptoren fra kvægfeberflåten, Rhipicephalus microplus, udtrykkes i CHO-K1-celler. Dette assay identificerer agonister og antagonister, der bruger de samme celler i et "dual-addition" assay.
