한의학에서 질병 치료 과정에서 약물의 임상적 효과와 치료 과정의 안전성은 한약의 품질에 직접적인 영향을 받습니다. 최첨단 식별 기술을 활용하여 한약의 효능을 평가하고 사용자의 안전을 보장할 수 있습니다. 한약수 검사법은 약초를 물이나 용제에 담근 후 색, 크기, 모양의 변화를 관찰하여 약의 진위 여부를 빠르고 정확하게 판단하는 것을 말한다1.
원래는 한의학을 식별하는 데 좋은 선택이었습니다. 그러나 전통적인 수질검사법의 단점은 육안으로 관찰하는 주관성으로 인해 한약의 진위 여부를 구별하는 정확도와 민감도가 낮다는 점이다2. 수질 검사법에 사용되는 주요 약재 중 하나는 소아 고열, 건선, 백혈병 및 궤양성 대장염에 효과적인 치료제로 간주되는 Indigo Naturalis입니다3. 진짜 인디고 내추럴리스는 수면에 떠 있으며, 흔들린 후에도 물이 짙은 파란색으로 변하지 않습니다. 그러나 가짜 Indigo Naturalis에는 가라앉는 입자가 있으며 흔들면 물이 짙은 파란색으로 변합니다4. 그 원리는 소수성이며 쉽게 뜨는 인디고, 인디루빈 및 고품질 Indigo Naturalis의 기타 유기 성분 때문입니다. 반대로, 낮은 유기물, 다량의 석회, 무거운 질감으로 인해 가짜 Indigo Naturalis가 도핑된 일부 입자는 빠르게 가라앉습니다5. 그러나 이 방법은 단순한 정성적 식별에 불과하며 한약의 진위 여부를 빠르게 식별하는 데 한계가 있으며 물에서 인디고 내추럴리스의 변화를 밝히지 못합니다.
다중 광산란 기술은 샘플을 통과하는 레이저를 기반으로 다각도 광 신호 스캐닝을 측정할 수 있는 기술입니다. 입사광은 샘플을 관통하거나 입자를 만날 때 산란됩니다. 산란광이 샘플을 통과하면 투과광 신호가 형성됩니다. 샘플 농도가 높으면 빛이 입자에 의해 반사되어 후방 산란 광 신호를 형성합니다. 광도의 변화는 액체 전처리에서 입자 농도와 입자 크기의 변화를 반영한다6. 다중 광산란 장비는 다중 광산란 기술을 통해 부유액, 에멀젼 및 발포액의 유화, 응집, 침전 및 파열과 같은 현상을 빠르고 정확하게 분석할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 위 현상의 발생률과 같은 특성을 정량적으로 분석할 수 있습니다.
다중 광산란 기술은 입자 안정성 모니터링7, 적포도주정화8 및 우유 발효 품질 관리9에서 상당한 이점을 입증했습니다. 이 기술을 사용하면 Indigo Naturalis의 전통적인 수질 검사 방법은 직관적이고 정량적이며 과학적일 수 있습니다. 따라서 본 연구는 다중 광산란 기술의 원리를 바탕으로 샘플의 Turbiscan 안정성 지수(TSI)를 품질 관리 지표로 삼아 Indigo Naturalis의 품질에 대한 신속한 평가 방법을 확립했습니다(그림 1).

다중 광산란은 시료의 성질이나 상태를 변경하거나 유기 시약을 사용하지 않고 한약의 품질을 정확하고 신속하게 평가할 수 있는 최첨단 분석 방법입니다. Indigo Naturalis는 소아 고열, 건선, 백혈병 및 궤양성 대장염에 좋은 치료법으로 간주됩니다. 이 연구에서는 Indigo Naturalis 분말을 물에 첨가하는 과정을 다중 광 산란 장비를 사용하여 정밀하게 기록했습니다.
