만성 폐쇄성 폐질환(COPD)은 호흡기의 흔한 만성 소모성 질환입니다. COPD 환자는 주로 만성 기침과 가래로 나타나며, 질병이 점진적으로 진행되고 폐 기능이 점진적으로 저하됩니다. 이 질병은 만성 폐 심장 질환, 호흡 부전 및 질병 말기의 심부전으로 인해 복잡해질 수 있으며, 이는 환자의 삶의 질에 심각한 영향을 미칩니다. 장내 미생물군의 변화는 COPD1의 질병 진행과 관련이 있는 것으로 보고되었습니다. 폐 증상 외에도 안정 COPD 환자의 40.31%가 복부 팽만감을 호소했다. 복부 팽만감은 폐 증상 악화, COPD 급성 악화 빈도 증가, 안정적인 COPD 환자의 삶의 질 저하에 상당한 영향을 미칠 수 있다 2,3. 한의학에서 따뜻한 침술과 뜸은 기(氣)가 경락을 준설하고, 혈액 순환을 활성화하고, 혈액 정체를 제거하고, 양(陽)을 따뜻하게 하고, 냉기를 없애기 위해 결핍을 보충하도록 유도할 수 있습니다. 항산화 물질을 생산하여 면역 체계 스트레스 반응을 촉진하고 혈액 순환을 개선할 수 있는 조절 역할을 할 수 있습니다11,12. 온열 침술과 뜸은 경추 척추증(cervical spondylosis)13, 무릎 관절염(two arthritis)14, 월경통(dysmenorrhea)15, 변비(distipation)16, 과민성 대장 증후군(irritable bowel syndrome)17 등을 치료하는 데 사용할 수 있다. 실험적 연구에 따르면 침술은 뇌-장 축을 조절하여 복부 팽만감을 완화할 수 있다18. 뜸과 침 치료는 복부 팽창을 현저히 감소시키는데,19 이는 혈장 프로스타글란딘 E2와 혈장 및 위 점막 조직의 가스트린 수치 조절을 통해 발휘될 수 있다20. 한편, 온열 침술과 뜸은 기능성 소화불량의 증상을 개선한다는 점에서 운동요법과 가짜 침술보다 우수하다21. 침술은 횡격막을 강화하고 호흡 근육의 피로를 완화할 뿐만 아니라 이산화탄소 저류와 저산소증을 개선하며 호흡 부전을 예방하고 완화할 수 있다22. 온열 침 치료와 뜸은 안정적인 COPD 환자의 폐 기능, 임상 증상 및 삶의 질을 개선한다23,24.
"폐는 대장과 내외적 관계에 있다"는 한의학 이론에 따르면 본 연구에서 사용하는 온열 침술과 뜸 치료는 위장 기능의 회복을 촉진하고 폐 기능과 삶의 질을 향상시키는 것을 목표로 합니다. 온열 침술과 뜸은 매우 효과적이고, 시행하기 쉬우며, 저렴한 형태의 전통 한의학 치료법이다. 결론적으로, 복부 팽만으로 COPD를 완화하기 위해 온열 침술과 뜸을 적절하게 사용하는 방법에 대한 표준 프로토콜을 제안할 필요가 있습니다. 이 글에서는 복부 팽만으로 COPD를 완화하기 위해 온열 침 치료와 뜸 치료를 적절하게 조작하는 방법을 설명합니다.
