ペイロニー病(PD)は、陰茎の変形、湾曲、痛み、性的障害、さらには心理的苦痛につながる慢性線維症です1。PDは、遺伝的なエピジェネティックな因子と環境に起因するエピジェネティックな因子の両方がその発症と進行に寄与する、不均一な状態を表している可能性が高い2。 
報告されたPDの疫学はさまざまであり、利用可能な治療オプションについての恥ずかしさや誤解のために過小報告されている可能性があり、異なる民族やコホート間で0.4%〜20.3%です2,3。PDの治療には、症状の重症度と安定性に応じて、保存療法または外科的介入が含まれます。活動期には保存療法が最も一般的な推奨事項ですが、より侵襲的な治療は受動的なフェーズ4 に予約されています。ペイロニー病の管理におけるコラゲナーゼ Clostridium Histolyticum (CCH) + RestoreX 陰茎牽引と手術 + RestoreX 陰茎牽引の有効性を評価した最近の無作為化比較試験では、これら 2 つの戦略間で同等の結果が示されました5.
陰茎牽引療法と病変内注射は多くの患者に適度な改善をもたらしますが、外科的介入は依然としてこの疾患の最終的な解決策であり、特に重度の湾曲や砂時計または蝶番の変形を持つ患者にとってはそうです1。現在、陰茎の矯正術、例えば陰茎の矯正術、すなわち陰茎の矯正術、または部分的な切除と移植は、陰茎の湾曲または変形を矯正するための最も信頼性の高いアプローチである6。ただし、報告された方法は、感覚喪失、勃起機能喪失、または美容上の不満5,7,8の割合が高いです。

本研究では、PD治療において、線維性プラークの顕微鏡電気回転研削と、移植材料として膣内膜またはウシ心膜を用いた新たな管理戦略を開発した。このプロトコルは、重度の湾曲またはその他の変形があり、満足のいく浸透性交に従事する能力を制限する患者に適用できます。
