Vertraagde type overgevoeligheid (DTH) is een immuunreactie waarbij de belangrijkste spelers zijn CCR7 - effector / geheugen T-lymfocyten. Hier tonen we een methode voor het induceren en het opnemen van de voortgang van een DTH-reactie in de rat oor. Een adoptie DTH wordt geïnduceerd door de intraperitoneale injectie van GFP-gelabelde Ova-specifieke CCR7 - effector / memory T-cellijn (Beeton, C J. Gevisualiseerde Experimenten, Issue 8).
