我们提出了一种在侵袭性前部复制胶质瘤肿瘤微环境的方法,该方法结合了间质液流动。该模型是组织培养插入物中的透明质酸-胶原蛋白 I 水凝胶,其中可以应用流体压力头。侵袭可以定量,细胞可以分离或裂解。

1. 凝胶制备的计算
