Hyun Ah Seo is a graduate school student majoring in biomedical science in the Department of biomedical science, Hallym University, Chuncheon, Republic of Korea.
She firstly enrolled at Hallym University in 2014 and got a bachelor’s degree in 2018. She has joined RNA biology laboratory since September 2017. She will be graduating her master’s degree in 2020.
In priority, her research focus is in the area of cancer research. Hyun Ah Seo’s major contributions include the function of noncoding RNAs in tumor invasion and migration that are very important characteristics in metastatic tumor. She is working on a project related to “Inhibitory effects of anti-cancer drugs on macropinocytosis is mediated via microRNAs in breast cancer”, which is supposed to be the thesis topic for her master’ degree. In addition, she has been contributing to the research project on the role of microRNAs in limbal stem cell characteristics.
