Ethan received his Ph.D. from Neuroscience Research Australia, UNSW Sydney, after completing his Master by Research from Australian National University. The major finding of his Ph.D. study is that cortical grey matter volume reduction in people with schizophrenia is associated with neuro-inflammation. For his Career, Ethan wants to contribute to life science research, but not in the lab. The science editor is in the best position to do this. He thinks his role in JoVE will help many scientists to carry out their research to be more successful. During his spare time, Ethan enjoys traveling, sports, watching movies, and reading.
