Dans m&eacute;thodique pathologique &eacute;tudes jusqu&#39;&agrave; 85 % avaient un margin.1,2 R1 agit principalement la margin.3 de r&eacute;section m&eacute;diane post&eacute;rieure und en cons&eacute;quence nous avons besoin d&#39;optimiser et de normaliser le bilan pathologique de l&#39;&eacute;chantillon et d&#39;&eacute;tendre la r&eacute;section chirurgicale, si possible sans risque pour le patient.

Comment faire face au probl&egrave;me de la r&eacute;section de la R1 en duodenopancreatectomy du cancer du pancr&eacute;as ?

Anche se duodenopancreatectomy &egrave; stato standardizzato per molti anni, l&#39;esame patologico dell&#39;esemplare &egrave; stato re-described negli ultimi anni. Nella metodica patologica studia fino a 85% aveva un R1 margin.1,2 questi principalmente coinvolto il margin.3 di resezione mediale posteriore und di conseguenza abbiamo bisogno di ottimizzare e standardizzare il workup patologica del campione e di estendere la resezione chirurgica, ove possibile, senza rischi per il paziente.

Come contrastare il problema della resezione R1 in duodenopancreatectomy per il cancro del pancreas?

Although duodenopancreatectomy has been standardized for many years, the pathological examination of the specimen was re-described in the last years. In methodical pathological studies up to 85% had an R1 margin.1,2 These mainly involved the posterior und medial resection margin.3 As a consequence we need to optimize and standardize the pathological workup of the specimen and to extend the surgical resection, where possible without risk for the patient.
